We want you to love your Picky Pads purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
